(Senior) Product Manager, Internal Finance System

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in finance or technology sectors. You possess a deep understanding of finance business requirements and have a proven track record of managing product requirements effectively. Your communication skills enable you to work closely with finance and business teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. You are adept at writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) that include functional design, business processes, and data field definitions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering high-quality financial digitization projects.

Experience with financial reporting systems and financial automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the internal finance systems at OKX, driving product design and project management initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, and business units, to execute projects that enhance financial reporting and automation. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products meet the needs of the organization. You will facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product development and enhancements.

You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for your projects, tracking progress, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. Your role will involve regular communication with senior management to provide updates on project status and outcomes. You will lead sprint planning sessions and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
