What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a talented team of software engineers responsible for developing and maintaining Azure Managed Instance for Apache Cassandra. You will oversee the technical direction of the team, ensuring that best practices in software development and data management are followed.

You will collaborate closely with product management and other engineering teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's performance and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and supporting their professional development.

As part of your role, you will engage in strategic planning and execution, aligning your team's goals with the broader objectives of the Azure Data engineering team.
