You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in developing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes navigating complex sales cycles and presenting to executive stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate value effectively. You are comfortable using financial and analytical tools to articulate employee benefits and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. You thrive in a remote work environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
Experience in the worktech or employee benefits industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Fortune 1000 companies. You are adaptable and willing to learn about DailyPay's products to become a product expert. A background in sales strategy and account management will help you excel in this role.
As a Strategic Account Executive at DailyPay, you will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and closing key accounts within the Fortune 1000. You will lead the details of complex sales cycles from initiation through the launch of the benefit, ensuring a smooth transition for clients. Your role will involve presenting to qualified prospects via webinars, sales calls, and in-person meetings, where you will demonstrate the value of DailyPay's offerings. You will navigate corporate structures to engage multiple executive stakeholders, ensuring that you effectively communicate the benefits of the product.
In addition to direct sales efforts, you will develop and maintain strong channel relationships to consistently move clients toward a close. You will collaborate with various internal resources, including analysts, sales development representatives, and marketing teams, to surround deals and ensure desired outcomes. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you apply financial tools to communicate the value of employee benefits to partner organizations. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position DailyPay effectively in the market.
