You are Salesforce-certified and possess a systems-minded approach that allows you to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive efficiency and clarity in revenue processes. You have a keen eye for detail and are adept at building scalable workflows that support business growth. In this role, you will own the systems and tooling that power Flex's go-to-market engine — this includes managing the Salesforce environment and ensuring that all integrations function smoothly. You will lead system improvements and build new features that enhance the user experience for internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting complex issues and serving as the go-to expert for the tools that drive the company's pipeline and revenue motion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will also include analyzing data flows and workflows to identify areas for optimization, ensuring that the revenue operations team can execute with clarity and speed. You will be instrumental in scaling processes that support the company's growth and will play a key role in shaping the future of revenue operations at Flex.
