What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the regional go-to-market strategy for the Data & AI service line across India. You will advocate for your service line's offerings, ensuring that market demand personnel are effectively selling from the service catalog. Your role will involve collaborating with specialized practitioners to enhance pursuit strategies and increase the likelihood of winning new business. You will assess service fitment for various pursuits and tailor existing services as necessary to meet client requirements.

You will work closely with the Global Service Development Team to represent regional challenges and opportunities, contributing to the evolution of service offerings. Your collaboration with Market Directors will help identify new services that align with market needs, ensuring that ThoughtWorks remains competitive in the Data & AI space. You will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
