As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage in cold calling to business owners within your designated territory, setting appointments and conducting thorough needs assessments to understand their marketing challenges. Your goal will be to help small businesses succeed by providing tailored digital marketing solutions, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
You will perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, building strong client relationships that will contribute to your success. You will be expected to grow your own book of business, leveraging the best-in-class training provided by Hibu to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, and year two on-target earnings between $100,000 and $115,000. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
