OppLoans is seeking a Back Office Loan Servicing Team Lead to manage a team of operations associates handling critical business functions. This role focuses on supporting Legal Operations functions and requires strong leadership skills.
You have a proven track record in managing teams and operations, particularly in the financial services sector. Your experience includes overseeing critical business functions and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about improving financial health for consumers. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively lead a diverse team towards achieving operational excellence.
Experience in loan servicing or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with legal operations, bankruptcy processes, and customer service excellence will set you apart. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of the financial landscape while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
As the Back Office Loan Servicing Team Lead, you will be responsible for directly managing a team of operations associates. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the Legal Operations functions, which include handling Bankruptcy cases, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) applications, and Hardship applications. You will ensure that your team is equipped to handle these critical functions efficiently and effectively. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
