What you'll do

In this role, you will provide operational and technical support for Point72’s trading platforms, ensuring optimal performance at all times. You will coordinate and execute software upgrades and releases, managing both production and UAT trading platforms. During incidents, you will support trading systems by remediating issues and maintaining ongoing communication with end-users and stakeholders. Your ability to liaise with brokers, service providers, and other internal technology groups will be crucial in enhancing the overall efficiency of the department.

You will also design and implement tools and reports that streamline operations, assisting platform users during onboarding processes. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of the trading platforms, making you an integral part of the technology team at Point72.
