NeuroPace is seeking an Associate Therapy Consultant to drive market development in the Mid-Atlantic South region. You'll work closely with clinical teams and economic buyers to promote the innovative RNS System for epilepsy care. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in medical device sales or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with the healthcare landscape, particularly in neurology or epilepsy care. You possess excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively convey the benefits of the RNS System to various audiences, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
In this role, you will assist in setting an aggressive sales strategy to develop new accounts and grow existing ones within the Mid-Atlantic South territory. You will work closely with a clinical team of epileptologists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons to define appropriate care for patients who are candidates for device therapy. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and building relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
You will also engage with economic buyers and patient advocacy groups to promote the RNS System, ensuring that you communicate its unique benefits effectively. Your role will involve understanding the needs of both healthcare providers and patients, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet their specific requirements.
