You have a solid technical grounding and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a background in IT operations or technical support. You understand how to translate complex technical concepts into business value, making you a trusted advisor to clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping customers succeed with technology. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and advocating for their goals within the organization. You have a knack for analyzing technical environments and providing actionable recommendations that maximize product value.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you will advise customers on technical support and product adoption, guiding them through pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes. You will regularly analyze customers' IT operations environments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their use of Datadog's products. Your role will involve preparing for and participating in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, ensuring they are aligned with their goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with Datadog's product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features and products that can benefit your customers. Continuously evolving best practices for technical product adoption and customer success will be a key focus of your work. You will act as the customer's advocate, ensuring their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from Datadog's offerings.
