Iterable is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their AI-powered customer engagement platform. You'll work with Python, TensorFlow, and Keras to develop machine learning models that optimize customer interactions. This role requires strong experience in machine learning and data analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data analysis, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models. Your expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras allows you to build robust solutions that drive customer engagement. You understand the importance of data quality and have experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering, ensuring that your models are trained on the best possible datasets. You are comfortable working with SQL and can efficiently query databases to extract relevant data for your projects. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate machine learning solutions into the broader platform. You are passionate about staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, continuously seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus, as is familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production. A background in customer engagement or marketing technology would be beneficial, helping you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
