What you'll do

As a Seasonal Front Desk Specialist at Vacasa, you will be the welcoming face for guests, vendors, and homeowners at our local management office. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. You will handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Your role will also involve addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will work closely with other team members to create a seamless experience for everyone who interacts with our office. This position is seasonal, with employment dates beginning on November 20, 2025, and continuing through the end of the season around April 25, 2026.
