What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative at Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely pick-up and delivery of freight. You will monitor transportation operations, addressing any exceptions that arise and keeping all stakeholders informed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication between carriers, hubs, and warehouses to resolve potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction.

You will also engage in analyzing network data to understand trends in exceptions, which will help you propose automation processes or changes to streamline operations.
