Amazon is hiring a Licensing Distribution Ops Coordinator to manage the delivery of MGM content to third-party clients. You'll ensure accurate and timely asset delivery while collaborating with internal teams and vendors. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have experience in operations coordination, ideally within a media or content distribution environment. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively liaise with vendors and internal teams. You are detail-oriented and capable of interpreting licensing contracts to ensure compliance with delivery requirements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at problem-solving when issues arise. You are proactive in tracking project timelines and asset availability, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing the delivery of Amazon MGM content to third-party clients. You will review delivery requests against contractual terms, ensuring that all licensed titles, languages, and technical requirements are met. You will track license periods and follow up on deliveries ahead of start dates, responding to servicing inquiries for assigned territories. Your role will involve researching asset availability and confirming material costs on a title-by-title basis. You will coordinate with labs on client onboarding and encoding requirements, determining appropriate source elements and ordering materials from post-production labs. Additionally, you will manage language versions, dubbing, and subtitling requirements through multiple vendors as needed. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to provide necessary metadata, artwork, and promotional materials to support successful content delivery.
