Job Description

As the Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the strategic direction of the Marketing department to achieve financial objectives for HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor. Your core responsibilities will involve data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement, developing and executing strategies to optimize processes and workflows, and rigorously measuring the impact of new initiatives. You will also lead special projects and provide crucial support to senior leadership.

This position is an individual contributor role.

  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and evaluate marketing outcomes, including tactics, lead generation, sales activities, and ROI. Communicate performance updates with data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth research to uncover new market opportunities and consumer preferences, supporting campaign development and identifying market trends.
  • Customer Base Analysis: Proactively analyze the customer base to understand and address potential cannibalization across brands.
  • Data & Demographics Management: Own the relationship with Environics and facilitate the effective utilization of demographic data throughout the organization.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Provide support and coordination for the Canada Marketing team's strategic planning processes during peak periods.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Databricks) and Google Sheets/Excel is required. Proficient in querying data and possessing data through other analysis tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Management Consulting, Growth Marketing Management, DTC Consumer Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Data Proficiency: Highly skilled in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and adept at cleaning, transforming, and structuring raw data for analysis.
  • Strategic & Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically about company goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and articulate logical rationales for recommended actions.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Creative thinker with a strong data-driven analytical aptitude to optimize daily performance and manage business operations effectively.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Proven strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
