Apple is hiring a Learning and Development Engineering Project Manager to lead training programs and initiatives within the IS&T SAP team. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to enhance employee engagement and development. This role requires 5+ years of experience in training and development.
You have 5+ years of experience developing and facilitating technical learning programs, such as courses, case studies, and tutorials, particularly in software engineering or related technical areas. Your background includes a strong understanding of Learning and Development principles, and you are detail-oriented and dedicated to fostering growth and development in others. You have experience in running training programs and are comfortable working in digital, live-streamed, and in-person event environments. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Organizational Leadership, Adult Learning, or Instructional Design is part of your educational background.
You are familiar with emerging technologies and have a willingness to invest in people’s growth and development. Your experience includes working closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to identify needs and opportunities for functional and technical training.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Apple’s SAP Learning and Development team, driving and delivering key strategic initiatives focused on new hire readiness and upskilling existing employees. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and effectively meet the needs of employees. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring that all initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently.
