What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the evolution of Ridgeline's performance and analytics platform. You will be involved in the entire software development process, from gathering requirements and participating in design reviews to implementing solutions that meet the needs of the investment management industry.

You will contribute your design skills and technical expertise to create a robust tech stack based on AWS back-end services. Your work will include analyzing performance metrics, benchmark comparisons, and the factors that contribute to investment performance, ensuring that the platform delivers accurate and actionable insights.

You will also be responsible for developing automation tools that enhance the scalability and quality of applications, allowing customers to depend on these solutions for their business operations. Your role will require you to coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
