You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the LATAM region, with a focus on building and managing strategic partnerships. Your experience includes developing data-driven business cases that drive user growth and brand awareness. You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics in LATAM, especially in Mexico and Brazil, and have a strong network to leverage for partnership opportunities. You are proactive and structured in your approach, capable of sourcing and developing new business opportunities while managing existing partnerships effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about education and making it universally accessible.
In this role, you will lead the business development efforts for Duolingo in LATAM, focusing on building and managing partnerships that align with the company's mission. You will work closely with the global team based in New York and regional leadership to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic business cases that support user growth and monetization efforts, as well as managing the existing partnership pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partnerships are value-accretive for both Duolingo and its partners.
