Airship is seeking a Strategic Consultant to drive customer success and onboarding for their platform. You'll lead high-impact projects with global brands to enhance mobile-first customer engagement strategies. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in customer success.
You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with experience in onboarding and strategic project management. You understand the importance of transforming new customers into power users of a platform, and you excel at connecting business goals to measurable outcomes. You are comfortable working with technical teams and have a knack for simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
