Prenuvo is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A team and drive financial excellence across the company. This role requires extensive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance and offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
You have a wealth of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Corporate Finance, ideally with over 10 years in the field. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a keen eye for detail. You are flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can mentor and develop others. Your communication skills enable you to interact confidently with executives and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that financial insights are clearly conveyed and understood.
Experience in a healthcare or technology-focused company is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced financial modeling and analytics tools. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a strong desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization that is reshaping healthcare.
In this role, you will develop and oversee the financial strategic planning and budgeting process for Prenuvo. You will be responsible for creating long-range financial plans and conducting monthly and quarterly reforecasts to ensure the company remains on track with its financial goals. You will partner closely with various business units to provide analytical support and insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of financial excellence and accountability within the FP&A team.
You will also play a key role in mentoring team members, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers. Your ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in a clear and actionable manner will be essential in guiding the company's financial strategy. You will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer and other executives, contributing to high-level discussions and decisions that impact the future of Prenuvo.
