In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of registering vehicles for customers. This includes checking documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is processed efficiently. You will work closely with the Title and Registration Specialists to facilitate a seamless car buying journey. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle sensitive customer information and ensure compliance with registration processes. You will also assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the registration process, acting as a point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns. Your contributions will help enhance the overall customer experience at Carvana.
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.00, with opportunities for performance-based increases over time. You can expect to see your pay increase by $1.00 after six months, $2.00 after twelve months, and up to $4.00 after twenty-four months, along with annual raises.
