You have a strong background in medical coding, ideally with experience in the healthcare finance sector. You are detail-oriented and possess a passion for accountability, setting high standards, and driving results through continuous improvement. Your ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and revenue cycle teams is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of claims coding. Experience with healthcare coding standards and regulations is a plus. Familiarity with revenue cycle processes and a strong understanding of medical terminology will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
