Your exceptional leadership and communication skills enable you to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within your teams. You are passionate about empowering developers and enhancing productivity through platform engineering, and you thrive in Agile or DevOps-focused organizations.

You possess deep technical expertise in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.js, and you have experience architecting enterprise-grade solutions that operate seamlessly in both SaaS and hybrid-cloud environments. Your ability to define and implement effective procedures and workflows ensures rapid innovation while maintaining high-quality standards in product delivery. You are committed to mentoring and developing your teams, helping them grow both personally and professionally.

Desirable

Experience with Software Composition Analysis solutions or similar security products is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in DevOps and software supply chain security will set you apart. You are also comfortable engaging with stakeholders and customers, translating their needs into actionable engineering strategies.

What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering at JFrog, you will lead multiple cross-functional teams in the development of our Software Supply Chain security product. Your role will involve defining the strategic direction for the product, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our customers. You will architect and deliver an enterprise-grade solution that operates efficiently in both SaaS and hybrid-cloud environments, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies.

You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering organization, encouraging your teams to innovate while adhering to enterprise-grade quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members, guiding them through complex challenges, and helping them achieve their career goals. You will also define and implement procedures and workflows that enable rapid innovation while ensuring the reliability and scalability of the product.

In addition to technical leadership, you will engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that the product aligns with market demands. You will be responsible for driving the overall engineering strategy, collaborating closely with product management and other departments to deliver a solution that empowers developers and enhances productivity.
