What you'll do

As the Head of Operations at Insify, you will take full ownership of the teams that represent the heartbeat of our company. You will report directly to the VP Operations and work closely with your teams to ensure they are equipped to deliver a world-class customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing operational strategies that align with the company's mission to dominate the European market. You will lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across support, claims, and underwriting, ensuring that your teams are well-coordinated and motivated. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve their professional goals. In this role, you will collaborate with other leaders within the organization to drive operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of Insify.
