Altruist is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for engaging and nurturing leads throughout the customer journey. You'll focus on lifecycle and email marketing to create personalized experiences. This role requires experience in marketing operations and analytics.
You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that engage and convert leads. Your expertise in email marketing allows you to create personalized experiences that resonate with customers throughout their journey. You are proficient in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure the effectiveness of your campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for innovative ways to improve customer engagement and retention.
