Overview

Google is seeking an Account Executive for New Business Development to drive client relationships and sales strategies. You'll leverage your knowledge of online advertising and marketing solutions to support clients in achieving their business goals.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in advertising sales or business development. You are fluent in English and either Polish, Czech, or Romanian, enabling you to effectively manage client relationships in your region. Your experience includes building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus, as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns. You possess a strong understanding of the online advertising industry and insights into both digital and traditional media. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies. You are independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and excel in a team setting, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients to achieve their domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Googleโ€™s marketing solutions such as YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, and Google Display Network. You will design marketing strategies that leverage your expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers. Your responsibilities will include educating clients about Googleโ€™s advertising solutions, pitching comprehensive advertising strategies, and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with sellers to achieve team goals, shaping your approach based on client needs and market insights. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes for both Google and your customers. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek innovative ways to deliver extraordinary results.
