Microsoft is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the Business & Industry Copilots group, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. You'll work on designing and operating a data platform that supports enterprise users and agents. This role requires expertise in Azure and SQL.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in designing and operating large-scale data platforms. Your background includes working with cloud technologies, specifically Azure, and you possess a deep understanding of SQL databases and their performance optimization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of enterprise users.

You are adept at navigating complex technical challenges and have a proven track record of improving system performance while managing costs. Your experience includes working with multi-tenant environments and ensuring the reliability and security of data access and authorization processes. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Desirable

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business applications is a plus. What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the Business & Industry Copilots group, focusing on the development and enhancement of Microsoft Dataverse.
