You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in application modernization and data migration — you've successfully led product initiatives that empower businesses to transition from legacy systems to modern solutions. Your background includes working closely with engineering teams and enterprise customers, ensuring that product roadmaps align with user needs and market trends.

You possess a deep understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB — your expertise allows you to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies. You are a visionary leader who can drive collaboration across various departments, including engineering, marketing, and sales.

You are skilled in defining go-to-market strategies and identifying competitive trends — your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive growth. You thrive in environments where you can evangelize products at industry conferences and engage with thought leaders.

You are passionate about building innovative solutions that address customer pain points — your hands-on approach to problem-solving allows you to develop effective strategies for data movement and application modernization. Desirable
