Overview

Easyship is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with key Global Carrier partners and ensure high-quality shipping experiences. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and carriers.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the logistics or eCommerce sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to manage relationships effectively and ensure service quality. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to troubleshoot issues efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to both internal teams and external partners. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and are motivated by the success of your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of carrier partners, ensuring their satisfaction and service quality. You will serve as the main point of contact for resolving daily operational issues and inquiries, acting as a bridge between internal teams and carrier partners. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned carriers, identifying and reporting on trends or problems to improve service delivery. Your contributions will directly influence the success of team-wide projects and initiatives, as you collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams. You will develop a deep understanding of the logistics ecosystem, which will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in strategic discussions to align carrier performance with business objectives, ensuring that Easyship continues to deliver exceptional service to its customers.
