Veeva Systems is hiring a Learning Strategy Consultant to support sales and implementation processes around their GxP eLearning library for life sciences customers. This role requires an understanding of the global life sciences industry and online learning.
You have a strong background in the life sciences industry and a deep understanding of online learning and curriculum development. Your experience allows you to effectively assess customer training needs and match them with appropriate content and technology solutions. You are a leader who excels in customer success management, particularly for key accounts in the LearnGxP space. You thrive in a flexible work environment and are comfortable working remotely or in the office, depending on what suits you best. You are passionate about making a positive impact in the life sciences sector and are committed to helping customers achieve their training goals.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with eLearning technologies and compliance training. You are adept at building relationships with clients and have a knack for understanding their unique challenges and objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation within the training landscape.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and implementation processes for Veeva’s accredited GxP eLearning library. You will work closely with customers to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their vision. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support for key accounts. You will also be tasked with driving customer success initiatives, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their training solutions and achieving their desired outcomes. As a member of the LearnGxP team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our training offerings, leveraging feedback and insights from customers to enhance the learning experience.
