Earnin is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive growth initiatives and product innovations. You'll oversee user base scaling and mentor teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders. This role requires significant experience in product management.
You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience focusing on growth strategies and user acquisition. Your ability to mentor teams and guide cross-functional collaborations is essential, as you will be influencing senior stakeholders and driving product strategy. You understand the unique challenges of building products that cater to users living paycheck to paycheck, and you are passionate about creating solutions that provide real-time financial flexibility.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. Your experience in developing product innovations that align with business objectives will be crucial in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with earned wage access products. You are open to remote work but have a preference for candidates who can be near the Mountain View HQ.
