You are a strategic leader with extensive experience in customer due diligence and KYC processes, ideally within the financial technology sector. You have a proven track record of managing teams and driving change management initiatives, empowering your team members to excel in their roles. Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including compliance, commercial, product, and legal teams, sets you apart. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about shaping the future of CDD in the Americas. You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, ensuring that your team delivers a risk-aware and efficient onboarding experience.
Experience in the payments industry or with financial products is a plus. Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance regulations will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.

You will also be responsible for recruiting and expanding the CDD function, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
