You have a strong background in engineering management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a technical environment. You are passionate about building user-friendly engineering solutions and have a proven track record of managing backend engineers to deliver high-quality products. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with product managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to define and execute a strategic roadmap. You are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture, encouraging innovation and teamwork among your engineers.

You possess deep technical expertise in backend technologies, particularly in Java, and understand the complexities of building robust fraud prevention systems. You are skilled in providing architectural guidance and professional development to your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You thrive in environments that require problem-solving and critical thinking, and you are excited about the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems in the fraud prevention space.

Desirable

Experience with fraud detection systems or risk management is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. What you'll do
