Full Stack Software Engineer (Starshield)

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development methodologies. You may have worked on projects involving secure communications or sensor systems, which would be beneficial in this role. A background in aerospace or related fields is not required, but a passion for technology and innovation is essential.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Starshield team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software systems that support national security efforts. You will work on creating highly reliable software that tasks remote sensor payloads and ensures secure communications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of government clients.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through testing and deployment. This includes writing unit tests, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that the software you develop is robust and secure. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production environments, ensuring that systems remain operational and effective.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in software development.
