What you'll do

As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your daily responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in extensive communication with them via phone, ensuring that you match the right expert to the client's project needs. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment affecting both clients and experts. You will take full ownership of your projects, managing communication between clients and experts, and coordinating call schedules to ensure seamless collaboration. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop essential business skills, including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, project management, and time management. After 24-30 months in this role, you will have the opportunity to advance to a managerial position, with further career growth potential leading to a vice president role within five years. Successful performance in this position may also qualify you for the company's MBA tuition assistance program, supporting your education at top global business schools.
