Product Manager / Director, Global Payment Partnerships

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, ensuring that OKX remains at the forefront of the cryptocurrency exchange market. You will build and optimize on/off-ramp payment systems, working closely with payment gateways, banks, and local payment service providers. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement new features. You will also analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously improve the payment experience for our customers. As a leader, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product strategy of OKX.
