Production Lead

Who you are

You have a high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old. You possess basic mathematics skills for line count and production updates, and you can read, write, and speak English fluently. Your experience includes providing guidance and coordination to a team, resolving problems, and fostering cooperation among team members. You are flexible with your schedule and willing to work the entire scheduled shift, including required overtime.

You demonstrate strong leadership abilities, coordinating work and ensuring adherence to safety, GMP, and SQF policies. You are comfortable stepping in to perform production duties as needed, maintaining workflow and maximum productivity. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and orderly work area and are committed to training new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What you'll do

As a Production Lead at HelloFresh, you will coordinate activities and provide coaching to the production line team. You will work alongside your team to ensure maximum productivity while adhering to all safety, GMP, and SQF policies. Your responsibilities will include enforcing safety standards and hygiene practices, tracking line counts, and updating production numbers in the computer system. You will also report any defective materials or questionable conditions to maintain quality and efficiency in production.

You will play a crucial role in training new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. Your leadership will help the team meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and motivated to perform their best.
