You have over 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in security initiatives, and you understand the complexities of coordinating across multiple teams. Your background includes working closely with legal, IT, engineering, and product teams, ensuring that all aspects of a project align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership. You are adept at managing timelines and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your experience includes leading risk reduction programs and implementing enterprise-wide security controls, showcasing your ability to handle high-stakes projects.
Experience in the AI or cloud computing sectors would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to security initiatives. You are comfortable using project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration. A background in security management or compliance would further strengthen your candidacy, as you will be expected to navigate complex security landscapes.
In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic security initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
