SecurityScorecard is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive impact across a large customer segment. This role requires bi-lingual fluency in both Spanish and English and focuses on leveraging tools like Gainsight to enhance customer engagement.
You are a Customer Success Specialist with a strong focus on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. You possess bi-lingual fluency in both Spanish and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Your experience in customer success roles has equipped you with the skills to drive impact across large customer segments, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the services provided. You are adept at using customer success tools, such as Gainsight, to monitor customer health and proactively address any issues that may arise. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry or familiarity with cybersecurity ratings is a plus. You have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Your analytical skills enable you to interpret customer data and feedback, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance customer success initiatives. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to continuous improvement in your role.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and satisfaction across a large segment of clients. You will leverage Gainsight and other tools to monitor customer health and proactively address any issues that may arise. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers are successfully utilizing SecurityScorecard's services to enhance their cybersecurity posture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide guidance on best practices for using SecurityScorecard's offerings. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training materials to help customers maximize the value of the services provided.
