What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key iOS features that improve user engagement and retention. You will work on projects that extend the homepage for personalized discovery and build a unified loyalty ecosystem that enhances the user experience across multiple surfaces. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the features you develop meet user needs and align with business objectives. You will also be involved in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the way users interact with the Waymo Driver, making their experience smoother and more enjoyable.
