Attain is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and apply novel machine learning approaches for new Ad-Tech products. You'll work closely with hands-on leaders to transform machine learning models into AI products. This role requires expertise in machine learning and data science.
You have a strong background in data science and machine learning, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and applying machine learning models. You are comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights are accessible and actionable. Your experience includes working with large datasets and leveraging statistical analysis to drive business decisions. You are passionate about using data to create equitable solutions and have a keen interest in the intersection of technology and finance.
Experience in Ad-Tech or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in data usage. You are proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities and are eager to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
In this role, you will lead the development of machine learning models that enhance Attain's Ad-Tech products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on models to improve performance. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior data scientists and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
