Samsara is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to implement and administer sales compensation programs. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate commission payments. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Finance, and Business Technology teams to implement and administer sales compensation programs effectively. Your ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks will be crucial in ensuring that incentive plans are executed correctly and commissions are paid accurately. You understand the importance of sales compensation in driving revenue and are eager to contribute to scaling operations at Samsara.
Experience in sales compensation or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools. You are comfortable working with data and have a knack for translating complex information into actionable insights. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and administering sales compensation programs that align with Samsara's revenue goals. You will collaborate with Sales Management to design incentive plans that motivate and reward the sales team. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you ensure that commissions are calculated accurately and paid on time. You will also work closely with the Finance team to analyze compensation data and provide insights that drive decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in the development of reporting tools that help track sales performance and compensation metrics.
