Skillsoft is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Strategic Alliances to manage and grow partnerships with key ISV partners. This role requires a business development mindset and strong relationship management skills.
You have a proven track record in business development and account management, particularly in managing strategic partnerships. Your experience includes developing and executing business plans that drive revenue growth and solution differentiation. You excel in building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and have a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to partnership management.
You are skilled in delivering compelling presentations that articulate partner value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor partnership performance effectively and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with various teams to drive partner-led initiatives that generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
Experience in the learning and development sector or with ISV partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with sales planning activities, including sales plays and metrics reporting, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own and grow strategic relationships with key ISV partners, starting with Workday. You will manage the full partnership lifecycle, from strategic planning and execution to partner enablement and growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a global business plan aimed at driving revenue growth and deployment success.
You will identify new routes to market and innovative offerings that leverage both Skillsoft and partner capabilities. Leading sales planning activities, you will create sales plays, define go-to-market strategies, and set targets and metrics for success. Your role will involve building and maintaining trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
You will deliver presentations that highlight the value of partnerships and monitor partnership performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Your collaborative approach will enable you to work cross-functionally, driving initiatives that support joint selling motions across industries and geographies.
