You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally within the public sector or community-focused organizations. Your experience includes engaging with city officials and community stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive mutual goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate Bird's mission and offerings effectively to diverse audiences. You are passionate about micromobility and its potential to transform urban environments, and you understand the importance of community engagement in achieving shared mobility and climate goals. You thrive in collaborative settings and are adept at building relationships that lead to successful partnerships. You are results-oriented and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to grow Bird's presence in the Central South US by establishing and nurturing partnerships with local governments and community organizations. You will work directly with city staff and elected officials to understand their needs and align Bird's services with their goals. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic initiatives that promote Bird's micromobility solutions, advocating for policies that support sustainable urban transportation, and facilitating community engagement efforts. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the impact of partnerships, ensuring that they deliver value to both Bird and the communities served. You will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to partnership development. Your role will involve representing Bird at community events and meetings, where you will engage with stakeholders to promote the benefits of micromobility.
