Databricks is hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to lead the discourse around AI Agentic Systems and drive developer adoption. You'll leverage your expertise in Generative AI and MLOps, particularly with MLflow, to empower data scientists and AI engineers.
You are a recognized technical leader in Generative AI and MLOps with a strong background in driving developer adoption and technical discourse. With your expertise, you are passionate about defining the future of production AI Agentic Systems and have a proven track record of cultivating communities around advanced technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences.
You possess deep knowledge of MLflow and Agentic System governance, enabling you to create scalable, production-ready reference implementations and demos. Your experience in engaging with data scientists and AI engineers allows you to accelerate their careers by sharing best practices and customer learnings. You are adept at building relationships within the global developer community and are committed to fostering a vibrant ecosystem around AI technologies.
Experience with community building and technical content creation is a plus, as is familiarity with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by data practitioners and are motivated to help them overcome these hurdles through innovative solutions.
In this role, you will take strategic ownership over developer adoption and technical discourse surrounding Agent Bricks on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to coalesce advanced research and customer insights into impactful presentations and demos. Your contributions will be instrumental in cultivating a global community focused on AI Agentic workflows and LLMOps.
You will leverage your technical depth and market knowledge to drive awareness and adoption of Databricks' offerings, positioning the company as a leader in enterprise AI. Your role will involve creating exceptional content that resonates with developers and data practitioners, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
You will also engage with the developer community through various channels, including webinars, conferences, and online forums, to share knowledge and gather feedback. By fostering a reciprocal relationship with users, you will help shape the future of Databricks' products and services.
