Seccl is seeking an Operations Delivery Lead to oversee the operational delivery of the full trade lifecycle within their Trading team. You'll ensure trading operations meet regulatory requirements and lead a team to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role requires experience in trading operations and compliance.
You have a strong background in trading operations, with experience managing the full trade lifecycle from execution to post-trade oversight. You understand the regulatory landscape, including CASS, MiFID II, and COBS obligations, and can ensure compliance while optimizing processes. You enjoy problem-solving and have a knack for redesigning workflows to prevent recurring issues. Your leadership skills shine as you guide a team of seven, fostering a culture of accuracy and resilience in trading flows. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and remote work.
Experience in a B-Corp certified environment or a strong interest in sustainable finance would be a plus. Familiarity with investment platforms and a passion for transforming outdated industries can set you apart.
As the Operations Delivery Lead, you will own the operational delivery of the trading process, ensuring that all aspects from execution to settlement are handled efficiently. You will lead your team in maintaining accurate trading flows and implementing strategic improvements to enhance operational resilience. Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that all trading operations align with FCA requirements. You will also be responsible for overseeing the reporting processes and ensuring that all reconciliations are completed accurately and timely. You will play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the trading operations.
