Google is seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Lead for Accelerated Growth to drive business development and account management. Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT. Your background includes 5 years in account management, sales, or marketing, and you have a proven track record of developing and pitching solutions through various channels such as telephone, email, and in-person meetings. You thrive in a technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment, and have experience managing Google Ads and YouTube accounts, as well as advertising or media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your ability to influence advertisers, agencies, and clients, including executive-level stakeholders, sets you apart. You excel at managing multiple accounts simultaneously and possess strong multitasking skills. You are adept at assessing and solving client needs through effective questioning and objection handling. You are comfortable in a changing environment and possess excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media drives your commitment to maximizing customer success.

Desirable

Experience in managing executive-level engagement and promoting business growth through key meetings and business reviews is a plus. You have a knack for building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, which enhances your ability to drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Digital Strategy team to pitch and accelerate business growth. You will coach teammates to expand their skills, fostering a culture of customer growth and overall team success. Your responsibilities will include managing executive-level engagement, questioning, and objection handling, as well as promoting and strengthening executive-level relationships through key meetings and speaking engagements. You will be instrumental in developing strategies that align with Google's advertising solutions, helping businesses of all sizes grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively communicated. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine strategies and improve service offerings. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the success of campaigns, ensuring that goals are met and exceeded.
