Marketing Analytics and Intelligence Lead, Seller Marketing

Job Description
You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Seller Marketing team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will optimize the performance of our marketing strategies to accelerate new seller acquisition. You will make recommendations that include business insights and investment improvements among other initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, self-starter, with strong customer focus, used to working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The candidate has proven success of building reporting mechanisms, analyzing data to drive decision making, and with strong SQL knowledge.
Key job responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaigns and investments
- Analyze and convert raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Maintain and improve reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product to align analytics efforts with overall business goals
- Run experimentation to learn and improve results- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
