HubSpot is seeking a Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist to identify and recruit high-value partners for their Solutions Partner Program. You'll leverage consultative selling skills and HubSpot's CRM tools to drive partner acquisition. This role requires proficiency in managing partnerships and a strong understanding of HubSpot's software.
You have a strong background in partner acquisition and management, with a proven track record of identifying and closing deals with potential partners. Your consultative selling skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of HubSpot's software and the benefits of joining the Partner Program. You are fluent in French and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with partners. You are comfortable using CRM tools and AI prospecting methods to create a robust pipeline of potential partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and partnerships teams to achieve common goals.
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing methodologies such as loop marketing. You have a knack for dissecting business goals and identifying pain points that can be addressed through partnership with HubSpot. Your analytical mindset helps you develop strategies that align with both HubSpot's objectives and the needs of prospective partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing partnerships that align with HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program. You will utilize HubSpot’s CRM and AI tools to identify potential partners and create a quality pipeline of upmarket acquisitions. Your role will involve guiding prospective partners through the sales process, helping them understand how HubSpot can enhance their client acquisition and retention rates. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Acquisition & Growth and regional sales leads, to support the acquisition process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners. You will also present the loop marketing methodology and HubSpot's software to potential partners, showcasing how these tools can drive their business growth.
