Tanium is seeking a Program Manager to support the CTO organization's product development activities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new product features. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
You have a strong background in technology and a keen attention to detail, which enables you to manage the development of products from ideation to delivery. You are a strong communicator and organized individual who can work independently while driving team efforts towards delivery milestones. Your experience allows you to represent the Product Organization effectively in collaboration with various departments, including Engineering, UX, Enablement, and Marketing. You are passionate about improving processes and ensuring that products are built efficiently and effectively.
Experience in AI or automation-related projects is a plus, as well as familiarity with product launch processes and cross-functional team collaboration. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable managing timelines and communicating product readiness to leadership.
In this role, you will facilitate the product launch process from ideation to delivery, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the business. You will manage timelines and communicate product readiness to leadership, acting as a proxy for Product Management in meetings when necessary. Your responsibilities will include building content and driving the team towards delivery milestones while also focusing on company-wide process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to usher products through the development lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of product development are aligned and executed effectively.
